THE CHATEAU MEYRE VINEYARDS BETWEEN HAUT-MEDOC AND MARGAUX

Quaternary gravel, sand, silt and clay veins are all nutrients that influence the vines' diet and contribute to the quality of our wines. All these geographical and geological conditions are ideal for viticulture.

The estate covers 18 hectares in the Haut-Médoc appellation and 2 hectares in the prestigious Margaux terroir.

At the estate, we look forward to sharing with you our convictions and values, such as respect and boldness, which have been in the spotlight for many years:

• Respect for the environment, through the limited use of chemical inputs since the 1980s.
• Boldness, by taking the step of converting its entire vineyard to organic farming in 2008, driven by real convictions.

Thanks to the expertise of our teams, we have never ceased to pursue our quest for excellence through new viticulture techniques. In 2020, the estate was awarded the title of “Cru Bourgeois Supérieur”.
