has an engineering degree from Supaero ( Didier

has been making the wine of Château Meyre for more than 15 years, and
started when the property belonged to Mrs Lenôtre. At
the beginning, more oriented to complete administrative tasks, Didier has
been gradually more and more involved in the manual work, which allowed
him to get a better view of all aspects of wine making. In
1996, with the arrival of Mr Boissenot (famous French oenologist), Didier
decided to improve his tasting abilities in order to rediscover his wine
and the way it is made. Didier’s
wish is to make a wine as much ecological as possible, with a typicity and
a structure that would not waste any of its elegance and finesse. Sandrine
is in charge of all aspects regarding the administration and marketing of
Château Meyre. Sandrine has a degree in tourism
and previously worked several years in the cinematographic distribution as
a programmer. Then, she received a training in
the field of wine growing and started to work for Château Meyre.
